- Do you do plated dinners or family-style?
- Both. Plated is the default for 20–60 guests; family-style works better for 60–80. Menu built around your headcount and preferences.
- Can the wedding party stay on site?
- Yes. Block 4–8 cabins for the bridal party, immediate family, and out-of-town VIPs. Walking distance to the dinner.
- When do we need to lock the date?
- Saturday-night rehearsals in June/July/August book 4–8 months out. Off-season is more flexible.
